A 2009 Hoegaarden Gran Cru next to the same, aged since 1985. I wanted my birth year but they didn’t go back farther than that. Aged beer gets far more mellow, taking on hints of caramel, coffee, and a thick mouthfeel. Heh mouthfeel.
